Booking Details for Trevina House and Housekeeper’s Cottage
- Changeover is on Sundays for week stays (avoiding the high season Friday/Saturday traffic jams on the A30)
- Deposit: 20% to be paid on booking
- Balance: to clear 14 days before start of holiday
- Payments: acepted by cheque, Credit or Debit card via PayPal.
- Arrival/Departure: Guests can arrive from 4pm and should vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure, however, guests are welcome to use the grounds and gardens until 3pm of the day of departure.
- Prices Include: rental, logs for fire, electricity, use of bed linen & towels, first needs groceries. Also inc. Sky HD package, (Premium rate sports events can be booked by arrangement). Full, unlimited use of Internet Wifi & Nintendo Wii Games Console.
- We can take in a supermarket delivery prior to arrival.
- Use of the dinning room within Trevina House for additional dinner guests can be made prior to arrival.
- Additional Guests: accomodation at a Bed & Breakfast rate within Trevina House can be arranged prior to arrival for additional guests at £75 per night per room, to include continental breakfast.

Smoking is not permitted within Trevina House or Housekeepers Cottage. Pets are not permitted with Trevina House, Housekeepers Cottage or within the immediate Grounds around the House and Cottage
